Review Link Management

The Review Link is the destination for customers to leave their reviews. Customize it by navigating to the Review Link section on the left sidebar.

Review Gating (Star Filter)

• Enabled: When the review link is opened, you will be prompted to rate with a 1-5 star evaluation.

  • 1-3 stars: You will be redirected to the internal feedback page.

  • 4-5 stars: You will be directed to the platform choice page.

    Please note that this star evaluation threshold can be adjusted to your needs.

• Disabled: If this feature is disabled, the review link will take you directly to the platforms where the review can be submitted, and then to the internal feedback page.

Update Desktop Image

• Click "Desktop Image"  
• Click the small pencil icon in the top left corner to update the desktop image. Image size should be 720 px x 900 px.
• Then click the green tick that will appear to save.
