Review Updates

Reviews are automatically updated as follows:

• Facebook reviews update in real-time.

• Google, Trustpilot, App Store, Google Play, and a few others update twice a day — at 1 PM and 1 AM.

• All other platforms update once a day, at 1 AM.

The update timings follow the time zone of your agency’s country.

Force update

If you don’t see new reviews, you can manually refresh the integration (e.g., Google) by going to: Settings > Integrations > Google > Edit > Refresh (spinning arrow icon).

📝 Note: It can sometimes take up to an hour for the new reviews to appear.
